Conditions of Use

Delivery Information. Flowers.md can deliver flowers and presents in all areas of Chisinau, Moldova.
Along with your order, the person in Moldova will receive a special free postcard with the text you enter during placing your order.
We make our deliveries during normal business hours and later hours (9 AM to 9 PM).
However, we will be unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or within an hourly range. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery, but they can not be guaranteed.
Orders received for delivery on legal holidays may be delivered the next day.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery you have placed, we may leave a note on the recipient\'s door asking the recipient to call us and arrange a convenient time for free re-delivery. We may call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time.
In case of incomplete/incorrect address, information or phone numbers resulting in non-delivery, NO REFUND is possible due to the infrastructure costs involved and to the fact that flowers is a perishable item.

Substitution Policy. Due to various seasonal conditions, availability of some flowers and/or presents may be very limited in certain seasons.
Also, specific flower and/or presents varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact item pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.
In this event we will deliver flowers and/or presents of equal or greater value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color.
Our main commitment is to ensure the quality and integrity of the item delivered matches the value of the item ordered.

Cancellation Policy. If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out for delivery or prepared for shipment. Twenty-four hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation or any changes to your order.
An order cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been sent out for delivery.
In case an order has been cancelled we give you a FULL REFUND of the order\'s total. In case of incomplete/incorrect address, information or phone numbers resulting in non-delivery, we keep 30% of the order\'s total and refund the rest of the sum paid, due to the infrastructure costs involved and to the fact that flowers is a perishable item.
If we can not deliver your order due to incorrect address we will notify you of the problem immediately, and if you provide us with correct delivery address we will re-attempt delivery. In cases like this the delivery fee is due to be paid for the second time.
If the quality of the purchased items becomes inappropriate by the time you correct the delivery information (please, remember fresh cut flowers and fruits are highly perishable) then we will charge full order amount for the second time to create new fresh bouquet or arrangement. In some cases you may be given an option to send the same order to a different person to an address within our delivery area (cancellation fee will be deducted from the order\'s total though).
If your floral arrangement is not fresh and not of the highest quality we will willingly have it replaced. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the flowers you should send an explanation of your problem to info(at)flowers.md within 24 hours of delivery. Sorry, because fresh cut flowers are highly perishable, we cannot offer a replacement or refund if you do not notify us promptly of your concern.
