Where can you deliver to?
We can deliver to any address in Chisinau, Moldova.
In Chisinau City, the delivery is FREE.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Yes you can specify a time for delivery form 9.00am to 9.00pm.
What if the recipient is out at the time of delivery?
If the recipient is not at home the gift may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour but this cannot be guaranteed.

Yes, you can order online for any date in advance. In the checkout you will reach a calendar of available delivery dates.

Yes, you can order online with most credit/debit cards from around the world. All payments will be in EURO and converted to your own currency at a rate set by the bank that issued your card.
Has my order gone through?
If you order is successful you should receive two automated emails. One from FLOWERS.MD to confirm the order details and one from MoneyBookers.com to confirm payment.
How do I cancel or amend my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend an order. You cannot do this online unfortunately.

Can I include a message?
Yes, all orders include a personal message card. This can be entered at the begining of the checkout. Please remember to include your own name on the message as this will not be automatically included.
Will my message by anonymous?
The only information sent with the gift is the personal message card. We don't pass on any other details at all and don't send out an invoice or receipt, just the email confirmation. We are bound by the Data Protection Act not to reveal your personal details.
How long can my message be?
The message card has a limit of 128 characters.

Reward Points is a new reward point scheme we have launched. Every time you order from FLOWERS.MD you earn Reward Points, these can be used to get money off your next order with us.
How do I earn Reward Points?
You earn Reward Points on every order you place at FLOWERS.MD. You need to be a registered customer and the points are automatically credited to your account.
You earn 1 Reward Point for every ˆ0.20 spent on the website. Each point is worth ˆ0.01 so 100 Reward Points will get you ˆ1 off your next order.
FLOWERS.MD are entitled to cancel Reward Points awarded if an order is cancelled or returned to us.
How much are my Reward Points worth?
You earn 1 Reward Point for every ˆ0.20, so for example the ˆ27 Bouquet of 7 Long Stem Red Roses will earn 135 Reward Points. Each point is worth ˆ0.01 so 135 Reward Points will get you ˆ1.35 off your next order, equal to 5% cashback!
How do I redeem my Reward Points?
If you have Reward Points in your account, you will be asked at the end of an order if you wish to use them as part or full payment on your order. If you have enough points you can send a bouquet using just Reward Points as payment!
Reward Points can only be used at FLOWERS.MD for money off your next order, they cannot be used at any other website. They can not be exchanged for cash or any other item. Reward Points are not transferable.
